在application.rb中，添加字段显示中文

使用netbeans6.0,升级了rails2.02，然后安装mongrel-1.1.2后启动服务器出错，提示如下：
D:/InstantRails/ruby/lib/ruby/site_ruby/1.8/rubygems/custom_require.rb:27:in `gem_original_require': no such file to load -- D:/InstantRails/ruby/lib/ruby/gems/1.8/gems/mongrel-1.1.2-x86-mswin32-60/lib/mongrel/init.rb (MissingSourceFile)

gems update 的时候，如果遇到这种情况：
D:\InstantRails\rails_apps>gem install activesupport-2.0.1
ERROR: While executing gem ... (RuntimeError)
Error instaling activesupport-2.0.1:
invalid gem format for activesupport-2.0.1.gem
其实是update过程中下载的文件出现的错误，所以不能format，我们可以到下载文件的目录：
D:\InstantRails\ru ...
运行程序出错结果如下：

刚开始学ruby on rails，在开发一个cmts的监控系统。开发思路是从最简单开始，增量开发。
第一步，实现读取单个cable modem的snmp信息。
第二步，实现模糊搜索功能，并根据符合条件的记录进行snmpget，并update。
第三步，实现简单的统计功能。
第四步，探讨如何实现多线程进行snmpget。
第五步，根据业务需求建立逻辑框架，实现对统计信息的管理。
第六步，完善登录模块和权限模块，发布系统。
